‘Pies rally to drop Buffaloes…

Allen, TX  Despite high winds and a little rain, a fantastic footy match took place between The Tulsa Buffaloes and The Dallas Magpies. Tulsa brought a small but eager side that was balanced out by some Magpie volunteers. The match itself was pretty even for the first half. The “Buffaloes” were up by two at half led by on baller Craig Storer and forwards Daniel Russo and Dustin Brasel. Defensively Brenn Miller and the one they call “Big Country” were stout in the back line. The ‘Pies came roaring back and carried the pace after intermission. Jarrad Rexilious, Stuart Rackham and Stephen Moore all contributed to lead the Pies back for a solid win.

The Magpies generosity of hosting us despite our limited numbers was huge for us. Being able to get inexperienced guys some game time is vital to our growth. We can’t thank them enough. Class act!
